I'm a Web Strategy Advisor at Bluewire Media in West End, Brisbane, specialising in Development (that means I develop web projects and also advise on technical issues). I am also our Client Experience Manager and in charge of overhauling our service processes and making our clients smile.
I'm a big planner and strategist. I get my kicks coming up with ways to put ideas into ACTION and creating charts, measurement tools and other fun toys to keep balls rolling (and not heads!).
